I need to mix it up. So lately, when I'm not eating tomatoes, I'm eating this (save the sugar) and this:
2 oranges sliced into wedges
2 grapefruits sliced into wedges
2 avocados cut into slices
a handful of almond slivers
and for the dressing: juice of one lemon, a drizzle of good olive oil, honey, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on a bed of arugula or eat as is.
