At chicago symphony orchestra last night, Esa-Pekka Salonen conducting, we fell in love with Bartók's Music for Strings, Percussion, and Celesta and Arvo Pärt’s symphony no. 4.

Really so lovely.

still loving these rich, dark, tones.. the ones i see in our kitchen as the sun rises. Snow flurries fell and tickled my nose on my walk this morning. I only wish I decided to make tea instead of coffee.
