little beauties
Our farmers market had these in abundance today. i think we will make green garlic pesto with them. They are so beautiful and so delicious.

we've been munching on these garlic scapes
non-stop for the last few days! We'll be making the pesto tonight!
Something along the lines of...
1/2 pound garlic scapes
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Olive oil (about 1/4 to 1/2 cup)
Pine nuts and walnuts
with a pasta and some salad. I cannot wait!
