Our farmers market had these in abundance today. i think we will make green garlic pesto with them. They are so beautiful and so delicious.

the pesto sounds delicious! was it?
hi nicole :) we've been munching on these garlic scapes non-stop for the last few days! We'll be making the pesto tonight! Something along the lines of...1/2 pound garlic scapes1/2 cup grated parmesan cheeseOlive oil (about 1/4 to 1/2 cup)Pine nuts and walnutswith a pasta and some salad. I cannot wait!
